- Spaghetti
- Garlic
- Broccoli
- Parsley/Coriander
- Parmesan Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Pepper

- Oregano
Boil Spaghetti in salted water with a teaspoon of oil for about 12 minutes. Set aside a cup of residual water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté until light brown. Add Broccoli (can be any veggie of your choice) and cook for a couple of minutes. Add boiled Spaghetti and the residual water that we set aside. Add salt, pepper powder and Oregano and cook until the water evaporates. Add chopped Parsley and grated Parmesan Cheese to finish the dish.
A nice easy, tasty pasta dish which looks delicious, Shilpa. Thank you for following CarolCooks2 🙏
